The message said that the DPRK which was founded by President Kim Il Sung and developed by general secretary Kim Jong Il is a genuine country for the people, the first of its kind in human history, and a socialist power of Juche standing imposingly despite the stern test of history under the leadership of the great leaders and party.

It went on:

Marshal Kim Jong Un, supreme leader of the cause of Juche, has led the DPRK to usher in a great heyday of epoch-making leap forward and prosperity, upholding independence, Songun and socialism as a strategy for the century.

We will dynamically conduct in a unique manner national education and work with the younger generation and Korean commercial workers, go deeper among compatriots and unite compatriots from all walks of life close around the DPRK and Chongryon organizations.

We will firmly defend the socialist homeland, make a tangible contribution to the building of an economic power, breathing the same breath and keeping pace with the compatriots in the homeland making a general advance for a final victory, and intensify the movement for national reunification and external activities as required by the prevailing situation.

The Chongryon Central Standing Committee sincerely wishes Marshal Kim Jong Un, supreme leader of the cause of Juche and the tender-hearted father of Chongryon and Koreans in Japan, good health, reflecting the ardent loyalty of all Chongyron officials and Koreans in Japan, concluded the message.
