Invited to the reception were foreign delegations and delegates of the organizations for the study of the Juche idea on a visit to the DPRK.

Present there were Kim Ki Nam, secretary of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea who is also chairman of the Social Scientists Society of Korea, Ri Kil Song, vice-chairman of the Society, Ji Sung Chol, vice-president of the Academy of Social Sciences, and other officials concerned.
