The article said that the case of the Intelligence Service's illegal interference in the election turned into the case of plotted rebellion and a witch hunt of members of opposition parties and civic and social organizations is rampant in south Korea amid the much ado about "forces following the north."

The non-recognition of the Government Employees' Union, crackdown upon the actions of the Railway Workers' Union for vital rights, etc. prove that there is no policy for improving the people's living but there are only suppression and rule under the present "government", the article deplored.

Oppression is bound to be accompanied by resistance and struggle, the article noted.

It stressed that the people angered at the "government's" fascist repressive rule will actively turn out in actions for democracy.
