The president in the message extended warm greetings to Kim Jong Un on behalf of the government and people of Chad and on his own behalf on the occasion of the 65th anniversary of the DPRK.

He, availing himself of the happy opportunity, confirmed his will to make positive efforts to further develop the friendly and cooperative relations between the two countries in the mutual interests of the two peoples, expressing satisfaction over the good relations.
