The president in the message extended warm greetings and sincere congratulations to Kim Jong Un and the people of the DPRK on behalf of the government and people of Rwanda and on his own behalf on the birthday of the DPRK.

Availing himself of the opportunity, the president reaffirmed his will to further develop the good friendly and cooperative relations between the two countries.
