The president in his message extended warm congratulations and sincerest greeting to Kim Jong Un and the government and people of the DPRK on behalf of the Ugandan government and people and on his own behalf on the occasion of the 65th anniversary of the DPRK which falls on September 9.

He hoped that the good bilateral relations with Kim Jong Un and his government and people would continue to develop on good terms.
