The message said that the members of the Democratic Party of Equatorial Guinea and its supporters are pleased to extend the warmest and sincerest congratulations to Kim Jong Un and, through him, to the WPK and all Korean people on behalf of Chairman Obiang Nguema Mbasogo who is the founder of the party and its dear member, on the occasion of September 9, the 65th anniversary of the DPRK.

They hoped that Kim Jong Un would celebrate the day with splendor, wishing him and the Korean people happiness on the occasion of the great event symbolizing the sovereignty of the fraternal DPRK.
