The president in the message extended congratulations to Kim Jong Un and the government and people of the DPRK on behalf of the people and government of Angola and on his own behalf and wished them happiness, progress and prosperity on the occasion of the anniversary of the DPRK.

He expressed hope on the specially important day for the Korean people that Kim Jong Un would encourage negotiations which would help promote the mutual understanding for ensuring peace and stability essential for the development of the whole Korean Peninsula so that they may go on.

He wished Kim Jong Un and the Korean people successes in his work and their struggle for achieving that purpose.
