At a military commanders' meeting held earlier, he made such bellicose and hysteric remarks that "there was a precedent of the north's provocation in the past period of dialogue", crying out for "maintaining full military readiness even at the phase of dialogue."

Rodong Sinmun Saturday observes in a commentary in this regard:

Such provocative remarks can be made only by the man persistently seeking the tension between the north and the south and working with bloodshot eyes to escalate it.

Kim Kwan Jin is a confrontation maniac steeped in hostility towards the DPRK to the marrow of his bones though it is a dialogue partner.

People still remember the fact that the inter-Korean military talks disappointed all the compatriots desirous of dialogue, improved relations and national reunification when he served as the defense minister during the Lee Myung Bak regime.

What Kim vociferated about is nothing but anti-reunification and bellicose behavior to stem the trend of dialogue and detente and escalate the confrontation and tension.

He would be well advised to stop going reckless, bearing in mind that his remarks will only bring into bolder relief his despicable true colors as a warmonger.
