Those related to the IS's case in Chongwadae and "Saenuri Party", IS and police have taken such arrogant attitude as keeping mum about it, bearing false witness and refusing to make testimonies in a bid to conceal the truth behind it, the declaration charged.

It accused them of making reckless remarks, terming the IS's illegal interference in the election part of "psychological warfare against the north".

It denounced them for not reflecting on their crimes but trying to cover up the truth through all sorts of base acts.

The present chief executive of south Korea should be held responsible for the illegal acts of the IS, police and "Saenuri Party", it stressed.
