Martin Lotscher, chief of the above-said group, in his report stressed that the work serves as important guidelines indicating the way for most successfully carrying out the revolutionary cause of Juche and Songun.

He went on:

It is the firm will of the Workers' Party of Korea and the army and people of the DPRK led by Kim Jong Un to carry forward the revolutionary cause of Juche, upholding the banner of Songun.

We firmly believe that the army and people of the DPRK will dynamically advance along the road of Songun, independence and socialism and register brilliant successes in their efforts to build an economic power and improve the people's living standard in the "speed on Masik Pass".

We will more positively conduct the work to study and disseminate the Juche idea and Songun idea and solidarity activities to support the just cause of the Korean people.

The speakers praised exploits performed by General Secretary Kim Jong Il in developing the army into an invincible revolutionary army and leading the revolution and construction with the might of Songun for over half a century since his start of Songun revolutionary leadership.

They expressed support for the DPRK's cause of Songun.
