They underlined the need to face-lift streets, villages, dwelling houses and worksites as required by the era of Songun, wage a high-pitched campaign for sports and conduct active movement of mass-based culture and arts.

They called on the officials and members of the union to successfully discharge their sacred mission and duty as those pushing one of the two wheels of the chariot of the Songun revolution.
