The king in the message said that he was pleased to send the warmest congratulations to Kim Jong Un on behalf of the Cambodian people and the royal government and on his own behalf on the occasion of the national holiday of the DPRK.

He wholeheartedly wished Kim Jong Un happiness and greater success in the work for accomplishing the noble cause of leading the Korean people.

The DPRK is making sustained efforts to protect peace and achieve development and modernization under the outstanding leadership of Kim Jong Un, he said, and continued:

The Kingdom of Cambodia will exert its efforts for boosting the excellent relations of friendship, solidarity and cooperation between the two countries and their peoples.

He paid the highest regards to Kim Jong Un.
