S. Korean IS's Crackdown on Political Party Censured

| Pyongyang, September 19 (KCNA) -- The puppet Intelligence Service (IS) Tuesday mounted another round of harsh crackdown upon the Unified Progressive Party (UPP) under the pretext of the investigation into the plotted rebellion, according to MBC of south Korea. That day the Kyonggi branch of the IS searched houses and offices of five relevant members including the UPP spokesman. The puppet group acted so rudely as to frisk them to find out the so-called evidence. The UPP strongly protested this, saying the authorities were cracking down them to evade its responsibility for generating the political conflict. |
