S. Korean Minister of Defense Accused of His Reckless Remarks
Pyongyang, September 20 (KCNA) -- The south Korean puppet minister of Defense, Kim Kwan Jin, blustered at a recent "briefing on defense policy" that "the north plans the 4th generation war aimed to foment social confusion through cyber warfare, media warfare, terrorism, etc. in collusion with the forces following it in south Korea." He claimed the "plotted rebellion case" of the Unified Progressive Party can be viewed as part of "preparations" for it.

He made no scruple of terming the positive measures taken by the DPRK to improve the inter-Korean relations what he called "tactical dialogue offensive".

Rodong Sinmun Friday in a commentary notes that what traitor Kim uttered is a deliberate provocation seriously rattling the nerves of the DPRK, a dialogue partner, and conspiratorial sophism inciting confrontation with compatriots and fanning up war fever in south Korea.

It goes on:

By letting loose such nonsensical remarks to groundlessly find fault with the DPRK, he revealed himself his ulterior design to quell the daily growing desire of the south Korean people for national reunification through alliance with the north and chill the atmosphere of north-south dialogue.

Now that Kim Kwan Jin is becoming evermore reckless in his demeanor inciting inter-Korean confrontation, one cannot but question the south Korean authorities whether they are interested in mending the north-south relations and achieving detente on the Korean Peninsula.

It is quite self-contradictory for them to talk about "dialogue" and "trust" with such confrontation maniacs as Kim Kwan Jin staying in office.

To eradicate the root cause of misfortune as early as possible is the only way of improving the inter-Korean relations and promoting peace and stability on the peninsula.

The south Korean authorities would be well advised to think twice over the adverse consequences to be entailed by such reckless remarks.
