Present there were officials of the Red Cross Society of the DPRK, young RC volunteers, teachers and students of Changdok School and members of the delegation of the Red Cross Society of China headed by Executive Vice-President Zhao Baige, the delegation of the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies working here and the visiting Red Cross donators delegation.

The guests laid bouquets before the statue of President Kim Il Sung at the school and paid tribute to him in humblest reverence.

Speeches were made and the competition was held on the subject of preventing road and traffic accidents. Its participants were divided into Ryongaksan team and Sunhwagang team.

The guests talked to young RC volunteers about reducing the cases of traffic accidents, well aware of the common sense about traffic security and knowledge about first aid treatment.
