The talk was published in Rodong Sinmun, organ of the Workers' Party of Korea, and Joson Inmingun, organ of the Korean People's Army, on the Day of Songun.

The chief noted:

Kim Jong Un clarified in the talk the steadfast will of the party, army and people of the DPRK to successfully carry out the revolutionary cause of Juche, invariably holding high the banner of Songun.

We, the followers of the Juche idea, were greatly moved to receive Kim Jong Un's talk and are full of confidence.

We extend full support to the idea and line set forth by Kim Jong Un.

We will intensify the study of the Juche idea and the idea of Songun revolution and actively disseminate them.

Only victory is in store for the Korean people who are working hard to build a thriving socialist nation and achieve the national reunification under the uplifted banner of Songun, true to the leadership of Kim Jong Un.
