Kim in the message expressed deep sympathy and condolences to the president and, through him, to the government, people and the bereaved families of Mexico as regards the hurricane that hit some areas of Mexico claiming great casualties and material losses.

He hoped that the president and government of Mexico would eradicate the aftermath of the natural disaster as early as possible and help the inhabitants in the disaster-battered areas return to a stable life.
