S. Korean Regime's Anti-DPRK Remarks under Fire
|
|
Pyongyang, September 24 (KCNA) -- The south Korean puppet Ministry of Unification in a "statement to the north" expressed "regret", claiming as if it did something for mending inter-Korean relations. It went the lengths of crying out for "international sanctions and resolute retaliation", deliberately finding fault with the just steps taken by the DPRK as "acts against humanity". Papers Tuesday say in commentaries in this regard: This is a shameless act just like a thief crying "stop the thief", a very dishonest move to divert the public attention away from the present situation and realize the attempt at confrontation with the DPRK at any cost. Rodong Sinmun notes: The south Korean regime is a very heinous criminal violating human ethics and humanitarianism as it disrupted the reunion of separated families and their relatives through anti-DPRK smear campaign and confrontation with fellow countrymen, far from valuing the hard-won atmosphere for improving inter-Korean relations. Those insulting humanitarianism, to say nothing of human ethics, are taking issue with the DPRK over "humanity". It is like a guilty party filing the suit first. We cannot but take a serious note of the fact that south Korean conservative media and riff-raffs styling themselves "experts on the north" are beautifying the conservative authorities' "theory of principle" against reunification, seriously slandering and insulting the DPRK and encouraging the ruling forces to "adhere to principle", unhesitatingly chilling the atmosphere for mending inter-Korean relations. The present tragic state of the inter-Korean relations is ascribable to the obstructions by the conservative media and pseudo experts engrossed in agitation for confrontation. The DPRK will never tolerate the confrontation racket hurting its dignity and self-esteem in the future, either. Minju Joson urges the south Korean regime to throw away daggers kept in its belt and apologize before the nation for the present grave situation, clearly aware that the DPRK's warnings are not an empty talk. |
