Foreigners Mark DPRK's Anniversary
Pyongyang, September 25 (KCNA) -- There took place receptions in Mongolia, Kuwait and Mexico and a friendly meeting, book and photo exhibition and film show in Thailand from Sept. 5 to 8 on the occasion of the 65th anniversary of the DPRK.

Displayed in the venues of the events were photos documenting the exploits of President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il and revolutionary activities of Marshal Kim Jong Un.

Books including their works and pictures showing the Korean people working hard to build a thriving nation were on show.

Films shown included Korean films featuring the natural scenery of Mts. Paektu and Kuwol and Pyongyang.

A vice-chairman of the State Great Hural of Mongolia expressed his will to make efforts to boost the friendly relations between the two countries in several fields onto a higher level.

The president of the Federation of Peace and Friendship Organizations of Mongolia said with admiration that socialist Korea protected the sovereignty of the country and nation from the imperialists' arbitrary practices under the leadership of Kim Jong Un. It greatly contributes to ensuring the global peace and stability and establishing a fair international order, he added.

The representative of the Kuwaiti Foreign Ministry wished the Koreans further success in their efforts to build a thriving nation and ensure peace on the Korean Peninsula.

The general secretary of the Central Committee of the People's Socialist Party of Mexico and other speakers praised Kim Il Sung, Kim Jong Il and Kim Jong Un.

The chairman of the Organization for the Study of the Juche Idea of Thailand and the chairman of the Thailand-DPRK Friendship Association referred to Kim Il Sung's exploits in nation-building and the advantages of the socialist system in the DPRK where the people have become the master of the country.
