The works were "The DPRK Represents Genuine People's Power and Is a Banner of the Unity and Solidarity of the Masses" and "Preventing War and Preserving Peace Are the Burning Tasks of Mankind".

The first work published on September 9, Juche 72 (1983) clarifies the significance of the founding of the DPRK, the tasks for increasing its might and achieving prosperity, the three principles of national reunification and the ways for carrying them out, the independent and peace-loving foreign policy of the DPRK government and the tasks for realizing global independence.

The second work published on September 6, Juche 75 (1986), deals with the importance of the principled issues of defusing the tension and the danger of a nuclear war on the Korean Peninsula.
