Die-hard traitors to the nation including representative of the Federation of Movement for Freedom of North Pak Sang Hak, representative of Radio Free North Korea Kim Song Min and professor of Kyungmin University in Seoul Kang Myong Do flied copies of leaflets toward the DPRK from Kwanghwa County, Kyonggi Province on September 7, two days before the anniversary of the DPRK.

They defected to the south, after being forsaken by the folks at home and their own kinsmen for committing unpardonable crimes such as murder, theft, embezzlement of state property and immoral conducts in the DPRK.

They are acting as a shock brigade in stirring up confrontation with the DPRK to prolong their dirty remaining days by begging for more pennies from the U.S. and the conservative regime.

We have already warned that the confrontational acts of the dirty human scum may lead the north-south relations to an unpredictable point of explosion.

However, they have kept on the sordid moves backed by the U.S. and the south Korean puppet regime which egged the human rejects on to escalate confrontation with the DPRK.

The U.S. and the south Korean puppet regime are pursuing confrontation policy toward the DPRK by relying on human scum, a disgusting act and a last-ditch effort of those taken aback by the might of the DPRK.

The situation shows that the present south Korean regime remains unchanged in its vicious scheme to insult and make showdown with the DPRK despite its call for "confidence".

The planned reunions of separated families and their relatives went bust, a result of the regime's vicious act of seriously hurting the dignity of the supreme leadership of the DPRK even with the use of human scum.

The regime will get nothing but derision and denunciation by the public for shielding defectors to the south and pursuing confrontation with the DPRK.

We will never pardon insect-like human scum for their senseless act nor pardon the regime for masterminding the rash act and conniving at it.
