The DPRK's taking issue with the south Korean puppet regime's conspiracies against it and the regime's brutal crackdown on pro-reunification patriots can never be a meddling in its internal affairs.

It is the south Korean puppet regime which interferes in the internal affairs of the DPRK.

The present south Korean authorities negate the social system of the DPRK and cry out for the "change of its social system" whenever an opportunity presents itself.

Hwang let out a string of invectives against the policy and line of the DPRK, talking about "the north's meddling in the internal affairs of south Korea" and trumpeting about "leading the north to change".

The facts show that the south Korean puppet regime, which has blocked the improvement of the inter-Korean ties while resorting to confrontation with fellow countrymen, war maneuvers and fascist suppression, is so frightened by the decisive measure of the DPRK that it talked nonsense.

The DPRK's sincere efforts to warm the relations with south Korea is to end the misfortune and sufferings of all the compatriots caused by the national partition by bringing earlier independent reunification, peace and prosperity.

This being a hard fact, the regime misjudged the efforts and self-restraint of the DPRK to abuse them for escalating confrontation with it. This resulted in such a deplorable situation as now.

The conservative group has to make an apology to the nation, reflecting on its sins.

The regime, however, desperately seeks to shift the responsibility for the prevailing situation on to the DPRK to continue doing harm to it.

It must stop using such bad and ridiculous language as "the north's interference in the internal affairs of south Korea", and discontinue its sinister act of meddling in the internal affairs of the DPRK aimed at changing its social system.
