Other media outlets of south Korea also vied with each other to criticize the just measure of the DPRK and incite confrontation, stressing that the "principle toward the north" has to be maintained because "the south-north agreement is not significant."

Rodong Sinmun Monday observes in a commentary in this regard:

The false propaganda by the puppet conservative media of south Korea is an intolerable provocation against the dialogue partner and insanity to push the situation to the worst crisis.

At a time when the inter-Korean relations have been pushed to the crisis the south Korean conservative media shamelessly distort the situation and slander the DPRK with a spate of rhetoric to imbue society with the atmosphere of denying dialogue and cooperation between fellow countrymen.

They have no face to blame others over the present situation of the inter-Korean relations. The chieftain who drove the north-south relations to the present crisis is none other than the south Korean puppet authorities that have laid big hurdles in the way of dialogue and cooperation under the pretext of "principle toward the north", and the conservative media which defiled the conscience of press and betrayed the nation as their reptile trumpeters.

What is more intolerable is that the conservative media have relapsed into their bad habit and unhesitatingly committed hideous crimes by hurting the dignity and social system of the DPRK at a time when the north-south relations have plunged to deadlock again.

The best policy is to immediately abolish the remnants of the history like the conservative media which do nothing helpful for mending the inter-Korean relations and achieving peace and reunification of the country.
