The work, published on March 1, Juche 82 (1993), lays bare the reactionary nature and absurdity of sophistry let loose by the imperialists and renegades of socialism slandering it as "totalitarianism", "barracks-like" and "administrative and commanding."

It also deals with the principled issues arising in defending the cause of socialism and accomplishing it such as the issues of regarding socialism as faith and putting it on a moral basis and giving full play to its advantages.

Its releasing ceremony took place at the publishing house on Sept. 26.
