S. Korean Regime's Fascist Action against Teacher under Fire
Pyongyang, October 3 (KCNA) -- The puppet Jeonju District Court of south Korea sentenced Kim Hyong Gun, former teacher affiliated to the Teachers Union, to 2 years in prison, 3 years of stay of execution and 2 years of suspension of qualification on September 30 on charge of violation of the ill-famed "Security Law".

The south Korean fascist authorities arrested Kim in January, 2008 on charge that he attended a "memorial service for pro-reunification patriotic martyrs" held in Sunchang together with students in May, 2005.

The court was compelled to pass a verdict of not guilty upon him as the validity of his educational activities was proved in the course of a series of hearings and the security authorities' fascist act of branding the patriotic figure as a criminal was disclosed.

Much irritated by this, the puppet group instigated the Supreme Court in March this year to reverse the original decision and pressurized the Jeonju District Court into dealing with the case again.

The fascist authorities took the above-said action, claiming that his educational activities were conducted "in sympathy with the activities of the north, anti-state organization" and "he created social confusion by distributing enemy-benefiting literature."
