The chief Cabinet secretary, the foreign minister and the minister of defence of Japan also asserted that Tokyo would discuss "national security strategy" on the principle of "active pacifism" and this should be included in the new defence program guidelines.

The Japanese reactionaries are mocking at the international community under the signboard of "peace".

Japan has seriously infringed upon the sovereignties of other countries but no country has ever invaded or threatened Japan.

The much fuss made by Japan exaggerating realities is aimed at misrepresenting the situation and using it for the ulterior goal.

"Active pacifism" on the lips of the Japanese reactionaries is another version of the theory of active overseas aggression.

The Japan "Self-Defense Forces" have grown to be offensive forces for aggression, going far beyond their mission.

Unimaginable will be consequences if the Japanese reactionaries hurl their aggressor forces into overseas aggression under the signboard of "peace" in a bid to repeat their crime-woven past history.

Global peace and security will be put in danger and the international community be seriously disturbed.
