Rodong Sinmun Saturday observes in a commentary:

The projected large-scale saber-rattling targeted on the DPRK is a dangerous move to vitiate the atmosphere of dialogue and peace and bring the situation to the worst confrontational phase again.

The ulterior motive of the south Korean puppet forces is to completely stem the trend of the detente created thanks to the DPRK's positive efforts for dialogue and peace and throw the inter-Korean relations into an abyss of confrontation and catastrophe again.

It has become clear to everybody now why the north-south dialogue and cooperation are facing such repeated difficulties and trials and why the DPRK's efforts to improve the relations fail to yield good results.

All this is entirely attributable to the U.S., the arch criminal disturbing dialogue and peace and escalating the confrontation and tension and its lackeys the puppet conservative group of south Korea hell bent on escalating the confrontation with compatriots.

The U.S. and the puppet forces' adventurous nuclear war moves against the DPRK will inevitably entail uncontrollable catastrophic consequences.

The DPRK sets store by dialogue and peace but it will never remain a passive onlooker to the prevailing serious situation where the puppet authorities together with their U.S. master perpetrate military provocations and pose undisguised nuclear threat to it.

The DPRK is ready for both dialogue and war. It will strongly react to the nuclear war moves of the warmongers at home and abroad.

The puppet forces would be well advised to clearly understand the will of the DPRK and stop running riot.
