S. Korean Warmongers Stage Landing Exercise against DPRK

Pyongyang, October 5 (KCNA) -- The puppet south Korean navy and marine corps are staging a madcap landing exercise simulating an attack on the DPRK on the coast of Phohang, North Kyongsang Province and in waters off it, according to south Korean KBS.

This was announced by the puppet warmongers on Friday.

Involved in the saber-rattling which will last till October 12 are at least 10 warships of the navy such as landing ships and destroyers, more than 20 planes and huge armed forces including over 3 000-strong marine corps.

One battalion of the Third Division of the U.S. Marines is to take part in the drill.

The puppet warmongers are increasing the grave danger of war, rushing headlong into inciting extreme confrontation by clinging to the coattails of their U.S. master.
