Rodong Sinmun Monday in a commentary says that the south Korean authorities should have thought about the serious impact their invectives will have on the north-south relations before fining fault with the DPRK, if they had even an iota of reason.

The commentary goes on:

The south Korean authorities slandered the dignity and social system of the dialogue partner. Not content with this, they have resorted to the military provocations to hurt the fellow countrymen while crying out for bolstering "deterrence to cope with the north" after introducing nuclear-powered carrier of an outside force. They are even disturbing hard-won atmosphere of dialogue under the signboard of "theory of principle". Are these "efforts for confidence-building?"

It is the height of impudence that those maniacs who go through fire and water to hurt the fellow countrymen talk about "mutual respect".

What is intolerable is that the south Korean authorities bitterly slandered the DPRK's nuclear deterrence for self-defense and its strategic line, jabbering "dismantlement of nuclear program" and "change".

With no rhetoric can they check the just cause of the DPRK and cover up their sinister colors as a despicable nuclear war servant for outside forces and confrontational maniacs.

They can never justify their traitorous crimes against reunification of chilling the hard-won atmosphere for mending the north-south relations and escalating confrontation.
