Kim Il Sung University, Kim Hyong Jik University of Education, Kim Chaek University of Technology, Huichon University of Technology, Hamhung University of Chemical Engineering and Pyongyang University of Foreign Studies came first in the exhibition of the panel of information technology at educational institutions. They made successes in putting education on an IT basis including the system of educational administration and management, the placing of libraries on an IT basis, the establishment of a radio network, tele-mechanical educational system and computer-aided examination system.

More than 100 programs for simulation experiment and practice and computer-aided educational programs and others were highly appreciated in the exhibition of the panel of software.

Present at the closing ceremony were officials concerned, teachers, researchers and students of universities and schools at all levels who presented programs to the exhibition.

The results of examination by the jury were announced and citations and registration cards of programs were awarded to the successful units and participants.

Jon Kuk Man, vice-chairman of the Education Commission, made a closing address.
