It put together false information collected from such suborned scum as traitors to the nation and fugitives who committed all sorts of crimes so as to work out the document.

Commenting on this, Rodong Sinmun Tuesday observes as follows:

This is a deliberate politically-motivated provocation against the DPRK to malignantly slander its dignity and social system and push the north-south relations into the worst catastrophe under the pretext of "human rights".

The smear campaign of slinging mud at the DPRK over its "human rights issue" will only cause the escalation of distrust and confrontation with the DPRK and the outbreak of war as it is the product of criminal and unpardonable intention to attain the ambition for "unification of social systems".

Such human rights racket being conducted by the puppet regime is plunging the inter-Korean ties, already in a serious situation, into a complete deadlock. Herein lie the severity and traitorous nature of the racket.

Such a racket is another extremely vicious provocation against the DPRK, equivalent to the joint military maneuvers against it.

The national reconciliation and unity and the peace and independent reunification of the country can never be realized if such a racket is tolerated.

It is the mettle and revolutionary spirit of the DPRK to show no mercy to anyone who makes even the slightest mockery of the country's dignity and social system.

Those who go reckless to escalate the confrontation with the DPRK, groundlessly taking issue with it over its "human rights", will never be able to go scot-free.
