DPRK, China Sign Plan of Cultural Exchange for New Year

| Pyongyang, October 8 (KCNA) -- An execution plan of cultural exchange for new planned year was signed between the governments of the DPRK and China at the Mansudae Assembly Hall on Tuesday. Present at the signing ceremony were Hwang Ho Nam, vice-chairman of the Korean Committee for Cultural Relations with Foreign Countries, and officials concerned from the DPRK side and Liu Hongcai, Chinese ambassador to the DPRK, and his embassy members from the opposite side. Hwang and Liu signed the plan. |
