Present at the ceremony were followers of the Juche idea in Kirov City.

The participants watched a documentary about the DPRK.

They were briefed on the essence, originality and vitality of the Juche idea founded by President Kim Il Sung.

Then a declaration was adopted.

The declaration expressed full support for the political and economic line of the Workers' Party of Korea.

It said that the association would conduct positive activities to supply the correct information about the DPRK to the Russian people and introduce and disseminate the Juche idea.

Pavel Andreyevich Chemodanov was elected chairman of the association.
