The bulletin noted that British revolutionaries looked back with deep emotion upon the immortal exploits achieved by President Kim Il Sung in building the WPK on the occasion of October 10.

It said:

Under the present situation it is necessary for the world revolutionaries to study again the work "Let Us Repudiate the Left Adventurist Line and Follow the Revolutionary Organizational Line" authored by Kim Il Sung on May 20, 1931.

His work serves as a highly important document to be regarded as guidelines by the world revolutionaries and progressive people struggling against the imperialists' aggression and war moves.

It introduced the fact that in Britain various political parties and social organizations have supported the Korean people's just cause and conducted the positive solidarity activities accusing the U.S. and south Korean puppet forces of their moves against the DPRK and reunification.
