Officials and other people in the field of agriculture in the province turned out as one in rice harvesting campaign, bringing about innovations in each plain every day.

The agricultural workers in Anak, Sinchon and Jaeryong counties honored their daily plans for rice harvesting at more than 120 percent by focusing manpower and machines on it.

Similar successes were reported from Haeju City and Yonan, Paechon and Chongdan counties.

Those in Songhwa, Samchon and other counties conducted a brisk socialist emulation among farms, workteams and sub-workteams, finishing the rice harvesting earlier than scheduled.

The farms in the province are now busy carrying away sheaves of rice from fields and threshing.
