WPK's Anniversary Marked Abroad
Pyongyang, October 12 (KCNA) -- A meeting took place in Bangladesh and DPRK photo, book and art exhibition in Mexico and film shows in Mongolia and Indonesia from Sept. 30 to October 5 on the occasion of the 68th anniversary of the Workers' Party of Korea (WPK).

On display in the venues of the events were photos dealing with immortal exploits of President Kim Il Sung, General Secretary Kim Jong Il and Marshal Kim Jong Un.

Displayed there were famous works of the peerlessly great men of Mt. Paektu, books and photos introducing Songun Korea and fine art pieces associated with wisdom and talents of the Korean people.

Participants of the film shows watched Korean films including "The Tower of the Juche Idea" and "The Monument to Party Founding".

The president of the Bangladesh People's League said the WPK's 68-year-long history marks glorious days in which it has demonstrated its dignity as an iron-willed and invincible party.

He wished the WPK and the Korean people bigger success in their struggle for achieving the country's independent reunification and building a thriving socialist nation under the Songun leadership of Kim Jong Un.

The director of the school affairs department of the Jurist College of the Mongolian National University, after watching the film, said that he envied the Korean people led by the great party. The history of the victory of the WPK will remain long, the director added.

The general president of an Indonesian company noted that the film provided a better understanding about the fact that Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il founded the WPK and wisely led it and provided a happy life to the people.

Adopted at the event in Mongolia was a congratulatory message to Kim Jong Un.
