Present there from the DPRK side were Kim Yong Chol, vice-minister of Electric Power Industry, and other officials concerned and from the Chinese side members of the delegation of the Chinese side headed by Shu Yinbiao, executive president of the State Grid Corporation of China, and Yang Zuoyuan, economic and commercial councilor of the Chinese embassy here.
