Mongolian Ambassador Gives Reception
Pyongyang, October 16 (KCNA) -- Mongolian Ambassador to the DPRK Manibadrakh Ganbold gave a reception Wednesday to mark the 25th anniversary of President Kim Il Sung's visit to Mongolia and the 65th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the DPRK and Mongolia.

Present there on invitation were Foreign Minister Pak Ui Chun, Minister of Foreign Trade Ri Ryong Nam, Vice-Foreign Minister Pak Kil Yon, and officials concerned.

Mongolian embassy officials were on hand.

Manibadrakh Ganbold said Mongolia and the DPRK has 65-year traditional friendly ties.

Mongolia which has cooperated with the DPRK in many fields hoped for achieving the common development in different fields, he said.

He stressed the need to steadily expand and develop the cooperative relations in various fields, adding that the two countries have enough potential to realize economic cooperation between the two countries in many fields.

Pak Ui Chun said in his speech that developing in depth the tradition of friendship and cooperation provided by preceding leaders is in line with the interests of the peoples of the two countries and conducive to the regional peace, development and prosperity.

The friendly and cooperative relations between the DPRK and Mongolia are favorably developing in various fields under the special care of the top leaders of the two countries, he noted.

He expressed belief that the Mongolian government and people would achieve greater successes in the work to build a prosperous country by their own efforts.
