The statement accused the Park Geun Hye regime of threatening to deprive the union of its qualifications unless it revises its internal rules in such a manner as to divest the dismissed of the qualifications as unionists.

The recent action of the present regime is aimed at removing hurdles lying in the way of distorting history and embellishing dictatorship in the field of education in a bid to conceal inglorious history of its pro-Japanese ancestors, it noted.

It said the people will turn out as one in the actions to put an end to the suppression of the Teachers Union and realize genuine education in order to terminate the distortion of history and achieve democracy.
