The editorial accused the Intelligence Service and the "Saenuri Party" of evading the blame for the IS's interference in the election, threatening to open to public the voice data on the minutes of the south-north summit.

It assailed the regime for not only refusing to honor any commitment to the people's living but reacting to the people's demand for the guarantee of their vital rights by cracking down upon them.

Such situation calls upon all democratic forces to get united as one and achieve all-people solidarity, it held.
