Pyongyang, October 18 (KCNA) -- Teachers and researchers of Kim Il Sung University have hardened their will to repay the solicitude of the Workers' Party of Korea (WPK) with educational and scientific achievements. They were recently granted splendid flats, built near Ryonghung crossroads in Pyongyang under the deep care of the WPK. Jang Hwa Sun, a staff of Law College of the University, told KCNA: My husband, a researcher of the Material Science Faculty of the university, was honored to receive a luxurious house, which is far beyond my imagination. I will bring up my children to be researchers like their father so as to repay the Party's loving care. Pang To Il and his wife Pae Kwang Hui, who are holders of doctorate, said that they would do their best for the motherly Party, which has bestowed benefits one after another on them for their devoted service in scientific research. During their study at the university they developed the Korean translation program. After they got married, they completed the Korean grammar searching program and authored more than 30 pieces of papers, textbooks and reference books such as tele-education system. Kim Tong Hui, a section chief of the Electronics and Automation Faculty who made contributions to streamlining production processes at various industrial establishments, said in tears: Born in a mountainous village in Ryanggang Province, I could graduate Kim Il Sung University thanks to the popular policies of the Party and the state.
