Rodong Sinmun Dismisses S. Korean Regime's Call for "Peaceful Cooperation" Hypocritical

Pyongyang, October 20 (KCNA) -- Now the south Korean puppet forces act conceitedly as if they achieved great "success", claiming that the "plan for peaceful cooperation in Northeast Asia" and "settlement of security dialogue" which were actively advocated by Park Geun Hye during her visit to Southeast Asia garnered "support" from different countries. Rodong Sinmun Sunday says this in a commentary which continues: The south Korean puppet forces try to boost their images with self-laudation and cover their confrontation scheme but such childish method will never work. The so-called "plan for peaceful cooperation in Northeast Asia" and "security dialogue" serve as a frame of the international confrontation with the DPRK to isolate and stifle the fellow countrymen through cooperation with foreign forces including the U.S. The puppet group together with the U.S. stamped its seal on the "tailored deterrence strategy", a scenario for preemptive nuclear attack on the DPRK, talking about someone's "provocation" and "threat". The tightened "alliance" with the U.S. that was pursued by the successive south Korean ruling forces has never been of any contribution to relaxing tension and ensuring peace on the Korean Peninsula and improving the inter-Korean relations. The "alliance" between the U.S. and south Korea for a war against the DPRK has reached the most dangerous phase in history by the warlike moves of the present puppet ruling forces that are accustomed to sycophancy toward the U.S. and confrontation with the fellow countrymen. The south Korean authorities' call for "peaceful cooperation" is, in essence, a slogan for breaking peace and provoking a war against the north. The south Korean regime should stop the useless wordplay deceiving the public opinion at home and abroad and the moves for strengthening the "alliance" with the U.S. |
