Rodong Sinmun Sunday says this in an article:

Not long ago, the U.S.-Japan security consultative committee held a meeting in Tokyo and adopted a joint statement.

The statement, a joint product of the U.S. and Japanese authorities in charge of foreign and military affairs, expressed Washington's open support for Japan's plan for bolstering military forces including the exercise of the right to collective self-defence.

The statement prompted the expansion of the scope of the military operation through U.S.-Japan military alliance and elevated its function to be more offensive.

It reflects the common interests of the U.S. and Japan and their respective ambitions.

The past U.S.-Japan military alliance was restricted to some extent in their joint military operation as Japan was banned from exercising the right to collective self-defence.

Now that Japan has got the permission from the U.S. for the legitimate exercise of the right, it is self-evident that Tokyo will play the role of an attacker in the future joint military operation.

Through the statement the U.S. provided Japan with the condition for provoking the 2nd Korean war by "Self-Defence Forces" in alignment with the U.S. imperialist aggression forces.

Japan's invasion of the DPRK is becoming a reality.

The army and people of the DPRK are closely watching the U.S. and Japan in their military moves for aggression.

The more the U.S. and Japan get hell-bent on tightening military nexus, the more the army and people of the DPRK will boost efforts for ensuring peace and stability on the Korean Peninsula.
