The U.S describes the drills of the nuclear carrier flotilla as "regular ones for rescue", sophism for misleading the public opinion, the commentary says, and goes on:

The U.S. war hysteria on the peninsula where a touch-and-go situation is prevailing is little short of declaring a war against the DPRK.

The U.S. misses no opportunity to claim it has no hostile policy toward the DPRK but it is a lie. The U.S. is intent to deliberately aggravate the situation on the peninsula, concentrate more forces for aggression in Northeast Asia under this pretext, have military hegemony and, at the same time, realize the ambition for world supremacy. Peace touted by it is a reversed signboard for war.

We cannot but take a serious note of the fact that the south Korean puppet group engrossed in escalating confrontation with fellow countrymen is following the U.S. moves for igniting a war against the DPRK.

It is the group which chilled the atmosphere of dialogue created by the DPRK's sincere efforts. The puppet forces are keen on escalating confrontation and igniting a war as they solicit foreign forces for cooperation being hell-bent on realizing the ambition for invading the DPRK while provoking the fellow countrymen exploring the way for dialogue and cooperation.

All facts fully prove that the U.S. and the puppet group are the arch criminals wrecking peace.
