DPRK, Congolese Governments Sign Agreement

| Pyongyang, October 21 (KCNA) -- An inter-governmental agreement on cultural exchange and cooperation between the DPRK and the Republic of Congo was signed here Monday. Present at the signing ceremony were Kim Jong Suk, chairwoman of the Korean Committee for Cultural Relations with Foreign Countries, and officials concerned and members of the Congolese government delegation headed by Gakosso Jean Claude, minister of Culture and Art. The agreement was inked by Kim Jong Suk and Gakosso Jean Claude. |
