At the talks both sides informed each other home and foreign policies and discussed views on the issue of boosting the bilateral relations and strengthening cooperation in the regional and international matters.

The DPRK side declared the principled stand on the issue of the Korean Peninsula and appreciated the role of Indonesia in ASEAN. Both sides decided to make joint efforts for regional peace, stability and development.
