Yun Sok Yol, chief of the Ryoju branch office of the Suwon District Prosecutor's Office, who headed the special team for investigating the case of the IS's involvement in the election, testified to this fact.

Yun who was present as a witness at the inspection of state administration at the meeting of the Legislative and Judiciary Committee of the "National Assembly" testified to the fact that he met Jo Yong Gon, chief of the Seoul Central District Prosecutor's Office, on Oct. 15 and told him about the operation to arrest and search the IS personnel involved in the activities to build up public opinion during the election campaign and reported about the team's future investigation plan.

Hearing this, Jo got very angry and disagreed with him, claiming there is no need to turn the situation favorable to the opposition parties, he disclosed.

He added he got from Jo the instructions four times to rewrite the arraignment against Won Se Hun, former director of the IS, presented to the Court.

Lawmakers from the opposition parties including the Democratic Party of south Korea charged at the inspection that Yun's exclusion from the special inspection revealed Park regime's intention to control the prosecution.
