Present at the opening ceremony were Kim Jin Bom, vice-chairman of the Korean Committee for Cultural Relations with Foreign Countries, officials concerned, working people and students in the city, Dusan Strauch, Czech ambassador to the DPRK, and officials of his embassy.

Foreign diplomatic envoys and staff members of their embassies here were present on invitation.

Speeches were made at the ceremony.

Then the participants looked round the photos showing the history and culture of the Czech Republic.
