The bulletin edited news of the Korean people's grand celebration of the diamond jubilee of the victory in the great Fatherland Liberation War, impressions of the DPRK given by personages of political parties who took part in the celebrations and information about the struggle of the British people against aggression by the U.S. and British imperialists during the war.

The bulletin said in its preface:

The victory of the Korean people in the last Fatherland Liberation War was the victory of the Juche-oriented military idea and outstanding strategy and tactics of President Kim Il Sung and the victory of the indomitable mental power of the army and people of the DPRK closely united around the party and the leader.

In the Korean war the U.S. imperialists suffered a heavy defeat, the first of its kind in the 100 odd year-long history of its wars of aggression and the DPRK became a hero country and its army and people were known as heroic army and people in the world.

During the Korean war the progressive forces in Britain waged a protest movement against the UK's participation in the war.

Many representatives of progressive political parties and organizations in the world joined the Korean people in celebrating the diamond jubilee of the war victory, a heavy blow to the U.S. and its allies.
